Winter finally came and it was fierce. It didn't just impact us, it was nationwide snow and cold. I was okay with it because it allowed us time to hibernate and not feel guilty for it.
We celebrated Grandma Barb's birthday. Mikayla helped me decorate, pickup flowers and pie for her.
We enjoyed weekend visits with Ron and Linda, and the McCoy's. Mikayla had multiple sleepovers with the neighbor girls.
We finally received the rest of our new couch and took on the mechanical room door project, but are having a hard time finding motivation to tackle much else.
More sunrises and sunsets since they are such an important part of my day, my gratitude and joy. I also enjoy snuggles with the pups and seeing smiles on my kids faces. Copper gets snuggles too it's just harder to capture a picture with him on my lap.
We did decide we needed to get out of the house and do something together as a family, so we decided to go to the new exhibit at the Museum of the Rockies. Of course we picked the coldest day of the year and went out in -22 weather! The exhibit was worth it, it was really cool and enjoyed by all.
Sean made a human and pet version of valentines in school. Due to the pandemic they didn't get to exchange Valentine Day cards this year but they still got to have their party and have fun projects in school.
