The kids and I headed to Hysham to enjoy the 3rd annual Hysham Streetfest. It's a tradition the town started to mark the end of summer and celebrate life in a great american small town. They have BBQ, vendors and games for all ages.
Sean and Mikayla did the "horse races"
Sean was ready to run like the wind he even told me I had to hold his hat so it didn't blow off.
Mikayla was a little timid and Larisha had to help her make it through.
Richelle and Sean participated in the egg drop.
We also enjoyed watching the Olympics. Mikayla was in the other room and heard the National Anthem she ran in and put her hand on her heart. I think she is practicing for her Olympic debut.
Mikayla and Sean both got pink eye this weekend as well. Sean woke up looking like this one morning. Poor guy.
They absolutely love Larisha's little puppy Rein. They drew a picture of her and gave her a lot of love while we were there.
