The cold crazy weather continues, so we are trying to keep ourselves entertained. We did have a few nice days here and there which allowed for some adventures.
We watched a hot air balloon fly over our house.
Grandma and Grandpa Jung came to visit and we had fun playing games.
Over Christmas break Sean brought home a connect that dot that went up to 600! We finally got it completed and he was excited it was a chameleon.
Ethan was honored by the Marine Corp for the contributions he has made to enhancing the shooting range that is available to them.
Grandma Barb, Sean, Miakyla and I attended the bingo night at the school. We had a good time and both kids won 1 round of bingo.
We had a fun visit with the McCoy's.
Enjoyed a lunar eclipse.
I spent a week in Jacksonville, Florida for a work conference. The sun and warm weather was a nice break from our cold weather.
Ethan and Mikayla had "Superman" contests to determine who was actually Superman.
A week after being in Florida, I had to go to Biloxi, Mississippi for another conference. I had a great view from the hotel but the location of the hotel made it hard to actually go enjoy the beach.
My co-worker and I found a fun little place to eat. It was a gamer hangout with good food. They had board games behind the counter you could play, they had old school nintendo, and other areas for playing all kinds of games.
I missed the kids a lot since I was gone for 2 out of the last 3 weeks. We spent Saturday at the museum and enjoyed a nice day.
The weather reached above 45 so Sean thought summer was here.
I was rearranging some plants in the living room and Mikayla decided to make her own flowers to put on the plant stand. I thought she did a very nice job.
The month provided some wonderful views.
