New House

September was a busy month as we settled into new routine with Sean in Kindergarten and Mikayla in preschool and with getting settled into our NEW house.  We moved to Three Forks and have a little house on 4.5 acres. We all love having the extra space and being in the "country".  I can't get enough of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The kids really want to get chickens to fill the chicken coop and love being able to have new adventures.

We of course bought a project house and had a few things we wanted to change. One was taking down a wall in the kitchen which hid the beautiful view.

The next big project is to tackle the basement.  Grandma Barb will be moving in with us next year so we need to get the basement all ready for her.  In the mean time it makes for a great way to burn off some energy.

Papa Ron and Grandma Linda like the fact we are closer and it's easy to come visit.
I love everything that reminds me of "home". Roads full of old chevy's with people not in a hurry to go anywhere. The sound of geese moving south for the winter, the sounds of cows in the distance and the wildlife we encounter everyday.

Mikayla likes watching the neighbors ride their horses.

Ethan and the kids walking the yard finding the deer tracks.
