Happy Birthday America

We headed to the ranch for the 4th of July. It's an annual event for us now and we enjoy spending time with everyone.
Mikayla packed her own bags and was all ready to go.

Daddy let Sean drive us into the yard.
The kids enjoyed time with the slip-n-slide, pool and sprinklers at Aunt Amber's house.
A good way to beat the heat is to eat popsicles.
It didn't take long for Mikayla to learn you to appropriately use the green stool.  There are many pictures of me using this stool the same way when I was little.
Enoying the parade and waiting for the candy to fly.
A visit to the ranch wouldn't be complete without a horse ride.

Father's Day Fun

For Father's Day we dropped Mikayla off to spend the day with Grandma and Grandpa.  It was her first day to spend with not having to share them with Sean. She helped Grandma bake a cake, complete yard work and enjoyed time getting water ballons ready to greet daddy when we got back.
Sean, Ethan and I met our friends the Goodwin's in the mountains for a relaxing day wandering in the woods.
Indiana was in his element.

Sean had to stop for a snack...actually who am I kidding he ate the entire time we were there!
10 years ago Ethan and I took a picture in front of this same cabin.
What a difference 10 years makes!
 My hiking buddy.
Sean was very excited that we found snow. We had many snowball fights.

 My boys.
We did a little hike to Sailor Lake and it was a breathtaking day.

Eating all day, I'm not kidding he even ate grapes while hiking, makes for a tired boy.

Another Month Gone By

Another month has passed with the blink of an eye. We have stayed busy doing odd and end things.
Mikayla this this is the best hat to wear when it rains.
Ring around the rosie with neighborhood friends.
Visit to the park and a wonderful visit with friends Buffy, Randy, Andrew, Emily and baby Jacob.
 Picnics in the park.

 Funny face sessions.

Kiwi crate kits and learning about transportation and swings and many other things.
Trips to the museum learning about bears.
Mikayla started tumble class and Sean has enjoyed time with the Montana Outdoor Science School Camps.
