Mikayla is home and we are all doing very well. Grandma Barb was here to visit and help all week which was wonderful. We are looking forward to her to move here in June so we can see her more often.
Mikayla getting ready to head home from the hospital.
Sean loves his baby sister, however, is showing some resentment towards mom and dad. I was trying to do something on the computer the other day and he wanted to sit by me and help. I opened up a word document and let him do some typing but then he wanted to play with the mouse. I told him mommy need to work so he needed to let mommy have the computer. He looked at me and said "you mean", "you need to apologize to me". Hopefully the acting out will subside once we find a new routine.
The weather has been beautiful so we have been spending time out side. We played with sidewalk chalk that Aunt Lisa brought to Sean when visiting Mikayla in the hospital. Ethan traced Sean and then Sean wanted to do the same. There ended up being three small lines that represented Ethan's outline, Sean gets an A for effort.
Mikayla observed the fun as well. She has a couple of hours of complete awake time a day. I'm amazed at how comfortable she is just taking in the world. (Hopefully I didn't jinx us with that statement).
Outside play time isn't complete unless Indiana gets some bubbles.
Sean is still a very particular little boy. We having trouble getting him to change out of his winter clothes and into his summer ones. The other day we went to the park and he insisted on wearing a long sleeve shirt and fleece pants and it was 77 degrees outside!
