Sean enjoyed playing with cousin Bryan, and having his first bite of pumpkin roll. We enjoyed good food, company and card games.

Thankful for Family
Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday. First because it is about eating a ton of good food but most of all because it is a time to spend with family. When the holiday's come around I think about the many holiday's spent at Grandma and Grandpa Deitchler's when I grew up. I loved that we had a huge family and were surrounded by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Grandparents. I remember the adults would stay up until all hours of the night playing pinocle (I couldn't really understand the game at that point, but now love it). I don't think I valued this time I had with family as much as I should, however, I am very thankful for the memories. I am thankful that we get to spend this Thanksgiving with family, I only wish everyone could be there and that Ethan's family could join us as well.
On the note of being thankful for family. Ethan, Sean and I want to announce that we are expanding ours! Jung baby #2 is expected to arrive May 2013! We think Sean is going to love being a big brother!

Thankful for Books
Sean loves books! When he is upstairs playing in his room and it gets quiet Ethan and I often wonder what mischief he has gotten into, however, most of the time we find him sitting on his bed reading. He also likes to read books before bedtime. I love that it provides family time and Sean's enthusiasm and expressions for what he reads and sees provides a good laugh before bed.

Thank you for Lazy Weekends
This week we got our first big snow storm of the year. About 10inches in 10 hours. Therefore, we decided to spend the weekend being lazy. Sunday Ethan and Sean decided to make waffles.
Measuring out the mix.
Putting the mix in the bowl.
Waiting patiently for the griddle to cook.
Done yet?!?!?
Perfectly cooked.
Yummy waiting for the syrup.
And here is what happens after a two year old eats syrup.
And at 7pm he is still going.

Thank You for Grandma's and Grandpa's
Sean spent the entire weekend at Grandma and Grandpa Jung's house. As always they had a lot of fun!
Eating breakfast in the 3 seasons room. Enjoying the nice weather.
Playing with toys.
Going for walks, playing on the swings and in the sandbox.
What did Ethan and I do you ask? Well we had an adult only weekend. Saturday we relaxed, slept in, watched a movies without pausing, had dinner and lunch with good friends Jon, Michelle, Mason and Nicole. Then, Sunday we drove to Butte and had lunch with good friends Lisa and Mike. Before going back to Whitehall and getting family pictures taken. Which we discovered later afternoon is not a good time to try and get Sean's happy side. We missed our little boy but a relaxing, kid free weekend was just what we needed.
