Out like a light

This evening Sean fussed when I tried to lay him in his crib, so I let him play in his room a little bit before trying again.  I gave him a few minutes then came back to check on him and this is what I found.  Guess the doorway is more comfortable than the crib!

Walking like a pro

Happy birthday to my wonderful husband!!  Sean and I are very sad that we don't get to share cake with you today but we'll make sure we have some when you get home.

This past weekend Sean and I traveled to Billings to visit Papa Jim, Richelle, Larissah, Kyle and Valena.  I took my camera but forgot to capture pictures.  Kyle and Valena's dog Dally played catch with Sean for a little and enjoyed dropping the ball on him and giving him kisses.  We made a trip to Cabela's and Sean got to see them feed the fish!  He was fascinated.

Sean has improved by leaps and bounds with his walking over the last week ! Pretty soon I'll have to run to keep up with him.

More Steps

Ethan made it home from North Dakota safe and sound.  Sean was asleep when he got home but he enjoyed being woken up by dad the next day.  He is taking more and more steps everyday (the video doesn't do justice to what he is capable of) and is so proud of everything he is able to do.  

Yesterday we went to Grandma and Grandpa Jungs to visit.  Sean enjoyed some of Grandma's tomato and bean crop and was ready to go on a picnic (as long as we didn't forget the wine).

Busy Saturday

Sean and I had a wonderful day (with the exception of missing dad)!  It started off a little rocky because he woke up at 6am ready to start his day, but at that point I only had about 4 hours of sleep so I was not ready to start my day.  Luckily we took a long mid morning nap.  After our nap we went to ran some errands.  I found a way too expensive toy at Costco that I couldn't resist.  Sean enjoys it so far, but I really enjoy it because it's good old fashioned fun, no electronic noise or music!  After running errands Sean took another nap and I cleaned house.  Then we cleaned up flower beds (who knew that they die if you stop watering them) and the garage.  Then this evening we went on a hike with a friend and her husband.  Sean was so tuckered out that he didn't even wake up when I transferred him from the car seat to the crib and that never happens!

Steps and Books

We took two steps today and have almost 6 teeth!
