Camping!!!

Yippee for camping!!!  This weekend we to headed to our favorite camping site with our good friends Jon and Michelle.  We left after work on Friday and dropped Sean off with Grandma and Grandpa Jung.   He stayed with them Friday night since we would be getting to camp so late.  He was well behaved and they enjoyed having him.  I enjoyed getting to sleep in until 9:30am!  Sean came to camp on Saturday and enjoyed the dirt and water and anything else he could get into.  The number of wipes it took to clean him up before bed proved it!  However, he was not too keen on sleeping in a tent.  We brought his pack-n-play and he slept in it for a little bit but then woke up and I think that either his teeth are bothering him again or he knew that Ethan and I were right next to him, so couldn't understand why we wouldn't pick him up.  He ended up sleeping with us most of the night.  Overall a good trip.

Nothing new

We don't have anything new to report so  just a few videos.  Hopefully next weeks update will report that I'm walking!

John Wayne Fun

This weekend was Ron and Linda's annual John Wayne party.   Sean came dressed in true character to his name Sean Thornton.  Ron came dressed as John Wayne's character from Hatari.

Sean also has graduated from bottles (well with exception of one...see below picture) and is working on his third tooth.  He still isn't walking, I think he is too scared to actually let go and he is fast enough with crawling that he probably doesn't see a point in walking!

Sincere apologies

Wow, am I behind on updates!!!!  Things at the Jung house have been busy, busy, busy.  Ethan returned from Mexico safe and sound.  He had a wonderful time and really wants us to take a vacation somewhere "beachy".  Sean is still keeping us on our toes.  He isn't walking yet but he is sure trying.  Everyone says only a few more weeks.  He has started dancing to the music that all his toys play and he enjoys it when I sing-a-long.  He also went for his first hike to the M (well he enjoyed the "ride").  Work for me has been crazy as well as we are working hard to prep everything for the students arrival at the end of August.

This week Sean got to meet more of my family members. Aunt Mary Jo and Uncle Em were in Bozeman for some reunions and they stopped by to visit.  They were sure impressed with him.   Grandma Barb is here this week as well.  Sean's regular daycare provider took a week off to canoe and camp in Yellowstone,  so grandma gets to play with Sean all day while I'm at work.  I'm sure glad mom is retired so I can call on her when needed (not that it takes much to convince her to come and visit these days!).

Ethan's view from the balcony of his villa in Mexico.  I'm beginning to think it's time for us to try living next to a beach for awhile instead of the mountains!

Indiana is warming up to Sean but I think it has something to do with the fact that Sean leaves crumbs for him.

Silly boy

New toy!!  He really likes the horn but can only move backwards.  Someday we'll get forward down.
